Booking an appointment within Creative Studios with one of the therapists you are accepting all the terms and conditions of the cancellation/no-show policy
Cancellation Policy -
If you need to cancel or change your appointment time or day you have upto 48 hours before your appointment to do this and you won’t be charged.
If you are cancelling or changing appointment within 48 you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining appointments fee and if not paid we will take the money from your account & you won’t be rebooked back in.
If you wish to cancel your appointment or change within 24 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay the remaining fee of this appointment if you fail to do so the money will be taken & you won’t be rebooked back in.
no show policy -
If you don’t show up to your appointment you will be charged the full appointment of the remaining fee from your card attached to your account and won’t be booked back into the salon again.
late policy-
we have a 15 minute lateness policy within creative studios, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to carry out the appointment and will be classed as a no-show and require to pay the full amount of the appointment
